OUR RETURN POLICY

At Layelle, we stand behind our products and we want you to be absolutely thrilled with them! If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to receive a refund, item(s) may be returned within 15 days of receiving it (based on tracking info) with the exception of item(s) marked as “final sale.” Item(s) must be returned undamaged, unaltered, unworn, free of visible signs of wear, and in their original packaging. Item(s) that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Please make sure your item(s) meet this criteria. Otherwise, we reserve the right to send back without refund any item(s) that does not meet our Return Policy.  Qualifying item(s) returned for a refund will be refunded the purchase price only; all shipping charges will not be refunded including shipping costs for any international custom/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. To start the process, go through our Returns Center online portal and follow the prompts.

 

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Currently this is the only way we accept returns. Layelle is not responsible for lost returns.

 

Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be received and processed. As soon as your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Remember, every financial institution has its own processing times and funds will be made available accordingly.
