Refunds
At Layelle, we stand behind our products and we want you to be absolutely thrilled with them! If you are not completely satisfied with your order and would like to receive a refund, item(s) may be returned within 15 days of receiving it with the exception of item(s) marked as “final sale.”
Item(s) must be returned undamaged, unaltered, unworn, free of visible signs of wear, and in their original packaging. Item(s) that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return. Please make sure your item(s) meet these criteria. Otherwise, we reserve the right to send back without refund any item(s) that does not meet our Return Policy. Qualifying item(s) returned for a refund will be refunded the purchase price only; all shipping charges will not be refunded including shipping costs for any international custom/duty fees you might have incurred upon receiving your order.
You will receive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. To start the process, go through our Returns Center online portal and follow the prompts. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Currently this is the only way we accept returns. Layelle is not responsible for lost returns.
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be received and processed. As soon as your return is processed you will receive a confirmation email. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Remember, every financial institution has its own processing times and funds will be made available accordingly.
To begin the Return process, follow our quick and easy steps below:
- Under Accounts – Click on the Return Center.
- Enter your Order Number or login to your account (“Order History”).
- Choose the item(s) you would like to return and follow the prompts.
- You will receive an email confirming your return that will include two items to print (1) pre-paid return shipping label with tracking and (2) copy of the original invoice in case you misplaced it.
- Package your return item(s) in their original packaging with care, please include copy of the original invoice to speed up the process, secure label onto the package, and drop it in a mailbox or you may also take it to any authorized United States Postal Service facility.
International Returns
At this time we do not offer a pre-paid return option for International Returns. We recommend that you send your return with a shipping method that allows you to track your return, and that you insure the package for the cost of the items being returned. If you choose this option, you are solely responsible for the shipping costs of this return.

Defective, Damaged of Incorrect Item(s)
In the event that the item(s) received are defective, damaged or incorrect at the time of receipt. We will make it right by replacing the item(s) free of charge, offer a store credit, or provide a full refund. You must notify us within seven days of receipt at Orders@Layelle.com. Please include Order Number.
Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We are a small online boutique and not set-up to accept exchanges currently. Thank you for your patience and understanding.The only exception to this policy is in the rare event that the item(s) received are defective, damaged or incorrect at the time of receipt. We will make it right by replacing the item(s) free of charge. You must notify us within seven days of receipt at Contact@Layelle.com. Please include Order Number.
